10 Healthy Snack Recipes

As more and more people transition to eating healthier, they put the majority of their focus on the big three meals of the day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  While it’s great to ensure those three meals are of the healthy variety, it’s also super important to focus on eating healthy snacks in between those meals.

If you’re eating boneless chicken breast and broccoli for lunch but snacking on honey buns and candy bars, you’re going in a circle.  Most think eating raw carrots and celery are the only healthy snack options out there.  Not true.  While carrots and celery definitely qualify as a healthy snack, there are plenty of other more tasty options available.  Below, I’ll list 10 of my favorite healthy snack recipes.
